As Glass is heated and begins to flow each pull is individual. The pattern can fluctuate from the beginning to the end. Many times, changing it completely. We call it happy accidents!
Our cane is sold by the ounce and many times it is over an ounce. Sizes can vary as our patterns are unique. Each piece is approximately 2” long. The number of pieces in each bag depends on the size of the cane. Canes are approximately 5x7mm. You will receive all aspects of the pull of these caterpillars some with eyes and some without as the color will run out during the pull. We do not Pre-cut the canes as each person has their own style of nipping slices
To maintain murrini shape a gentle tack fuse is best each kiln is different, so we don’t recommend firing above 1350.
